  1. 600g white fish fillets, cut into 2-3cm pieces
  2. 450g fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
  3. 1 Bottle Extra Virgin Olive Oil for frying
  4. 1 Leek
  5. 1 bulb of garlic. Minced Garlic is suitable as well
  6. 8 sheets filo pastry
  7. 65g (1/3 cup) finely grated parmesan
  8. 1 Lemon, to serve

  2. 375ml (1 1/2 cups) Chicken stock
  3. 125ml (1/2 cup) white wine
  4. 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
