One Pot Mushroom Pasta

This creamy mushroom pasta dish is super easy and delicious, all you have to do is dump everything into one pot! Use a mix of button mushrooms and baby portabella mushrooms. You can use any variety you prefer!

  1. 400g mushrooms washed and sliced.
  2. 2 Shallots.
  3. 1 bulb of Garlic. Minced Garlic is suitable as well.

  1. Olive oil.
  2. 2 ½ cups dairy free milk such as oat milk.
  3. 2 tsp rosemary or thyme finely chopped.
  4. 3 ⅓ cups vegetable stock or boiling water.
  5. 350g spaghetti.
  6. 2 tsp salt.
  7. 2 tbsp nutritional yeast.
  8. 2 tsp white miso.

  • Frying pan with large lid, wide enough to fit your spaghetti without breaking it.
