Baked Shrimp Dip

This hot shrimp dip is the perfect appetizer. It’s easy, creamy, cheesy, fully loaded with good stuff! Serve with mini toast, pita chips, crackers or vegetables.

  1. 2 x 250g packets of tiny shrimp
  2. 1 lemon
  3. Vegetables, pita chips, crackers etc., to serve
  4. 1 block plant-based butter
  5. 1 (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  6. 1 (8 ounces) sour cream or plain yogurt
  7. 1 mayonnaise
  8. 1 shredded mozzarella
  9. 1 bag grated parmesan
  10. 1 can (14 ounces) Artichoke hearts
  11. 1 bulb of garlic. Minced garlic is suitable as well

  1. 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  2. Hot sauce, to taste, optional
  3. Salt, to taste
  4. Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  5. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, divide
