Halibut Fillet Skin On

The Greenland halibut has been a delicacy in Greenland for centuries and is almost impossible to overcook and making the Greenland Halibut an easily incorporated ingredient in cooking. Halibut skin is edible and becomes nice and crispy when it is grilled. However, if you prefer to eat halibut without skin, use a sharp knife to remove the skin from the flesh of the fish.
